EGO AND THE HEART CHAKRA

The Ego prevents the Human Being from reaching higher forms of mental vibration.  The Heart Chakra is a HIGH spiritual vibration,  but there is no way to reach such a level if you are dominated by the ego.  Let me first say we ALL have an ego,  its impossible not to have one.  It is formed as a PROTECTIVE MEASURE when we feel there may be the “potential” we may get hurt by someone who has an influence over us.  It comes out of the law of SELF PRESERVATION,  but on a low and animal level.

When we believe someone has power or influence over us,  our ego says “I am protected,  you cant hurt me”.  Its always false and its never the REAL YOU.  However,  we pawn it off as if this is the real representative of who we are.  Rich people who have become in debt,  produce an ego.  Pretty women who are really insecure about themselves,  produce an ego.  Men with big mouths or like to show off in the gym,  produce an ego to HIDE their own insecurities.  Its a false sense of SELF trying to desperately portray to the world that THIS is who I really am.

This is ALL dominated by the Lower Self and due to this one cant elevate the SELF to higher vibrations.  This is why in Ancient Kemet when one died they threw away the BRAIN but kept the HEART!  They didn’t give a fuck how smart you were,  because that can be demented by the Ego.  The Ancient African wanted to know what was the CONDITION OF YOUR HEART.  So when you see pictures of Jesus [who was a MYTH] but to make my point,  when you see pictures of Jesus,  some show an EXPOSED Heart and a halo around his head.  On a metaphysical level,  this is a very powerful picture on many levels.  In one sense it says “I am a FULLY ILLUMINATED Human and my Heart is FULLY FUNCTIONAL on a SPIRITUAL LEVEL”.

Showing the Heart has nothing to do with a physical heart beat,  it means when you are in my PRESENCE you FEEL my Heart rhythm and Energy.  It also means if my Heart Chakra is vibrating then my Throat Chakra is activated,  because when I speak IT CUTS into the fog of your Mental.  My Pineal Gland is resonating,  because when you see me smile you see LIGHT emanating from me.  Look at a picture of Malcolm smiling,  and tell me you don’t see LIGHT emanating from the Ancestor.

There is nothing wrong with an Ego,  we ALL have one,  but to be AWARE that we have one and when it does start to awaken in us, that we are cognizant of it.  That we are aware it is a FALSE perception of the SELF,  so we don’t let it dominate the spiritual psyche.  I am being repetitive with the word AWARE because many of us are UNAWARE or ignorant we are doing this because our EGO BECOMES THE REAL BEING.  I have said many times….. THE MIND MAKES IT REAL!

So when this happens,  our spiritual SELF,  STAYS on a Low vibrational level and this becomes the NORM and anything outside of this norm becomes a struggle and this is where our Spirit now resides.  Do not let the Ego dominate the SELF,  you can use it when its appropriate,  then put it away when it is not needed and RAISE that vibration to the Heart Chakra……and Beyond.

THE HEAVEN CONCEPT {The other side, part 2}

Now as I always say when I have two series,  to go back and read part one so you can understand my mental constructs and how I am coming to certain conclusions as we tie up things in part two.  Our Heaven concept had to come from some origin,  and that ORIGIN had to be wrapped in “Mythology”.  Why do I say that?  Because heaven is just a CONCEPT,  that’s  ALL it is,  and a concept is just an IDEA of what it is or COULD BE.  So since its just and idea with NO PROOF it had to come from Mythology.  As I said in part one,  we are going to go past the SLAVE mind manipulation taught to African people to make them more DOCILE by giving them a doctrine about some shit in the SKY where you live with WHITE Jesus.  We are going to focus on the CONCEPT and its origin.  Unlike Religion,  in spirituality we ALL have to find our OWN WAY,  so if you disagree with my thesis I am totally fine with that,  if you agree then BUILD onto it with your own additions.

For me Mythology has to be the origin of the Heaven Concept,  However,  that concept came from our Dreams and based on our particular CULTURE,  we took our dreams and built a Wonderland where our love ones go after death,  but our Wonderland had to be BUILT around something that is FAMILIAR to what we do in our LIVING STATE [THIS PART IS SO CRITICAL}  So in Heaven or the Other Side there is a Mansion with singing and White Robes {why a spirit would need a robe I will never know} also streets of GOLD, all familiar shit we know of as living beings,  isn’t that interesting?  In Ancient Kemet they would put the Lungs, Heart, Intestines, Stomach in Canopic Jars because in the Next Life you would need them,  along with some riches,  but this was the CULTURE that was wrapped in the mythology.  I went to see a movie about Two Sharks that was terrorizing and killing a group of teenagers,  that same night I dreamt about Two large Spiders chasing me and terrorizing the community,  now was this dream a SIGN that was given to me and I should study what does two spiders represent in mythology “OR” was it my OWN MIND being subjectively stimulated by the movie I just saw?  No one fucking knows because EVERYTHING IS BELIEF!

If you notice in ALL DREAMS the deceased comes back in the LIKENESS THAT YOU LAST REMEMBERED THEM,  now isn’t that interesting.  This is the LAST PICTURE you have in your MIND of them.  So it is in religion,  when one BELIEVES after their death they will see Grandma or a Spouse,  they are NOT looking for grandma when she was a BABY.  If they died at the age of 80,  they are NOT  looking for their spouse at the age of 15,  they are looking for an old wrinkled woman JUST LIKE THEM.  Why is your mind playing tricks on you like this?  This is ALL you know, and in Western Religion thru DREAMS we have BUILT a particular CULTURE that has been indoctrinated in us so thoroughly that OUR MINDS have made this REAL!  You believe that when you die and go to heaven,  your mind is FIXATED on your love one looking EXACTLY like the LAST TIME you saw them?  Now lets just ASSUME Heaven is real,  if I die at 90,  why the fuck would I want to be in that vessel for ETERNITY?  So when my loved ones get there they WANT  to see me at 90 years of age….Fuck that,  I want to be 25 or 30!  I am sure  that Elvis is ” NOW IN HEAVEN” {FOH}  he doesn’t want to be fat, bloated, smoked out Elvis,  he wants to be that one on the goddamn postage stamp.

But look at the Mythology here in the Western World,  not only are you looking for something that you are FAMILIAR with,  grandma, spouse, children but you are also looking for someone to be TRANSPARENT WITH WHITE ROBES.  If they are transparent,  why do they need a damn Robe?  Because this is the Mythology and the Culture that has been branded in your psyche to believe.  When you finally see Jesus,  you are ACTUALLY expecting to see this nigga with NAIL HOLES in his hand….I mean you are OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MINDS!  Your mind is dominated by nostalgia,  so Heaven CANT be just a bunch of damn LIGHT OR ENERGY,  no you want to SEE grandma,  and you say this in your language “One day I will SEE HER again”.  But this is your MIND subjectively doing this and this Western Culture feeds the shit.  When your love ones died,  did you see a BODY looking spirit come up out of them?  Then who the fuck told you that’s what they LOOK LIKE?  Movies, Books, Pastor and yes DREAMS!  But the only reason your dreams manufactured these images is because they were stimulated by what you SAW in the Culture,  and your MIND filled in the spaces.

So its all a CONCEPT,  that comes from MYTHOLOGY.  In Ancient Kemet the CONCEPT was AFTER DEATH,  your deeds while you LIVED was judged against the weight of an ostrich feather,  if your HEART was heavier than the feather your soul went to the abyss,  if it was Lighter it merged again with your Spirit and Ausar allowed you to enter into paradise and you needed your organs and wealth because it was a CONTINUATION of THIS LIFE,  but in a different realm,  its just a CONCEPT.  However,  the REAL wisdom in the mythology was to LIVE CLEAN while you LIVE,  make sure your HEART stays LIGHT from evil and wrong doing,  and any MESSAGE you get during your dreams,  parallel that with the CULTURE and let that be your guide.  ASE’  ASE’  ASE’

THE HEAVEN CONCEPT {The Other Side part 1]

A lot of talk about the HEREAFTER,  but the very word indicates AFTER a certain EVENT.  After this monumental event,  eventually you still will be RIGHT HERE.  the believe in Reincarnation means you will CONTINUALLY be coming back to Earth,  life after life until you learn the lessons of the PREVIOUS life.  Now of course all this shit is purely hypothetical and speculation,  I don’t give a damn how deep these so called gurus talk,  how the hell can one prove someone comes back AGAIN AND AGAIN?  Now for me and I can only speak for me,  I have to use Metaphysics in my spirituality.  I practice Reincarnation EVERYDAY.  Some of my hero’s are Malcolm, Garvey, Harriet and Khallid.  So everyday I study their way of life or teachings and TRY and incorporate their MIND into mine and THIS is Reincarnation for me!  Not no SPOOKY SHIT about coming back from space and jumping into a baby’s SOUL or a goddamn butterfly and starting all over again……but that’s just ME.  Now let me be clear,  the Ancestors are not ABOVE criticism, when I try and incorporate the MIND and ESSENCE of my hero’s into my daily lifestyle,  their religious beliefs I totally reject.  I am interested in their courage, their strength against an enemy and their unrelenting force to see African people FREE!  That I want to Reincarnate.

But in religion and in Kemetic mythology,  you leave Earth and go to a DIFFERENT PLACE.  One has to understand that Modern Day religion comes from ancient Mythology,  this point has to be FULLY UNDERSTOOD to contemplate an Other Side.  When you don’t understand mythology and think about Heaven in a verbatim state of mind,  you become an astronaut and go into space like you are a Marvel superhero and your system of belief becomes very cartoonish.  So modern day religion says AFTER YOU DIE [very important} there is a place UP IN THE SKY that you will live pain free and age less.  Now if any of you have been following my posts you have heard me RANT on this madness many times so I am not going to labor this point.  We are going to go pass the OBVIOUS  mental manipulation to teach this THEORY to a SLAVE who hopes and prays for such a life after LIVING such a hellish one.  We are going to stay focused on the theory itself.  So since it came from mythology we cant take it verbatim and must look into the MYTHOLOGY for answers.  This belief had to come from our DREAMS!  In ancient times when a loved one died,  I am sure our DREAMS were more vivid and we RELIED on dreams more than we do now.  I am sure we dreamt our love one came to us and SPOKE to us from this dream.  From our CULTURAL IDENTITY,  we then CONSTRUCTED  A MYTHOLOGY from our dreams of a LIFE AFTER DEATH.  This shit is not hard to understand how the Mythology and the Culture made a nexus in our belief system,  but when the European came among the African,  they made the MYTH REAL and missed the MAGIK that’s resides in the Myth.

There is a STORY [Myth} of an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh who had a DREAM that his father who had recently died came to him in his dream.  In the dream he INSTRUCTED him how to govern with equity and who his ENEMIES were.  Now even though this is a story,  I am sure this actually happened and since dreams were PART of the Culture in antiquity,  the person actually believed this was happening in REAL TIME and this was his father or mother giving prudent instructions to them,  I myself have had dreams with certain instructions and I have followed them and BENEFITED from them,  but this is NOT about dreams necessarily but about this ABODE called Heaven,  because we don’t know if OUR DREAMS are actually just constructs from our OWN MIND that give us information from the subconscious part of the mind that becomes ACTIVE during sleep.  Its ALL BELIEF isn’t it?  So in part two we will go into when someone DOES COME to us in our sleep,  what IMAGE do we construct?  How the hell did you come up with THAT IMAGE?  The mind is very powerful and we have been CONDITIONED for 30, 40, 70 years to mentally construct a certain image of what Heaven is,  what Angels are “supposed” to look like and if we did see our loved ones,  this is what I am EXPECTING to see.  Part two soon.  ASE’  ASE’  ASE’

MEDITATION FOR AUSET {The African Woman] part 2

This is part two of the meditation for Auset,  a form a meditation that is primarily for African women but can be used for all women.  Please read part ONE and also the Meditation for Heru,  dedicated to the African Male,  so you can get the understanding of the story and also the PARTICULAR techniques that will help you in part two.   We left off where you as the Queen has found your Ausar [The African Man} lying dead on a slab,  he has missing body parts and you have come to realize THE EVIL ONE has cut up his body and spread them across the planet and universe.  You as the REAL extra terrestrial,  have gotten in your Spaceship [The Mind} to go and search for your Kings missing body parts.  Your King has to be REMEMBERED AGAIN,  and only YOU his Queen,  has the ABILITY to do such a feat.  Now this is all part of the mythology,  but while I am explaining this mythology as I said in part one,  your eyes are closed and you are concentrating on your breathing which is from the STOMACH and not the chest.  They are slow and deliberate and the inhale is equal to the exhale. {MAAT}

As you Astral Travel this planet and universe,  you finally find your Kings body parts, {take your time with this, as this will lengthen the meditation time} So you have carefully REMEMBERED and meticulously attached every missing part,  but your King is missing his Phallus.  This is the only body part you were unable to locate. I know some of you sisters are saying ” That was the FIRST thing I would have searched for”.  So now you have to fashion a GOLDEN PENIS for your King.  Now remember you are going to IMPREGNANT SELF,  so you have to fashion that penis Strong and Erect!  Your MISSION is to produce a KING that can SIT DOWN the evil one.  As you mentally see yourself during the meditation fashioning the GOLDEN PENIS,  feel the kundalini energy rising from your base chakra to your Pineal Gland,  now sisters you may get AROUSED but that shit is perfectly normal.  After you have fashioned it,  place it on your King.  Then see yourself TURN INTO A BIRD and float above your King.  Again make sure your are concentrating on your breathing,  if they become more rapid this is normal.  This is the reason the meditation for the sisters are in a sitting erect position because just as in the mythology story,  she will float ABOVE her King as he is laying in a SUPINE position awaiting her connection.

FEEL that kundalini energy RISE higher and higher,  as the cadence of your breathing may increase,  make sure its still coming from the stomach.  Visualize your whole DOME GLOWING,  visualize the whole room glowing…..stay THERE for a moment and enjoy this feeling and connection you are having with the universe and your KING!  Your WOMB [MIND] is becoming FULL,  your kingDOME is FULL of light and you sense and intense energy coursing through you,  let it resonate in you and through you.  When you are ready,  let the energy come down and normalize your breathing cadence.  Now its time to come out of the Ritual,  see yourself coming UP from the bottom elevator {explained in part one} or RISING from the floor of the ocean to the top.  You don’t come up fast but little by little,  like the SUN coming up on a new day.  Again you never forget your control over your breathing and as you get to the top of the elevator or you are now floating on top of the ocean…. you open your eyes.  This my dear sisters is the Meditation for Auset,  hope you enjoyed.   ASE’ ASE’  ASE’

Meditation for Auset {The African Woman} PART ONE

This is a form of meditation that is styled for the African Woman in PARTICULAR but any woman in general.  I have ALREADY did a form of meditation styled for the African Man,  it is called “Meditation from Heru”,  please read this one if you are Male or you want to give some insight for your male significant other.  So for the sisters you need to carve out at least 30 minutes of your time for this meditation.  No music necessary,  but I do highly recommend your favorite incense that resonates with your spirit.  In the African male version he was laying FLAT and I explain why in that blog,  but in the woman’s version you will be sitting UPRIGHT.  Legs doesn’t need to be in a yoga or lotus form,  just something comfortable for you.  The more comfortable the more you can concentrate.  You are sitting upright to compliment the condition of your King,  and in the ritual I will explain why you are doing the meditation in this position based on the mythology story.

So for this to work MENTALLY for the woman,  you have to know the story of Auset {Isis} and Ausar {Osirius}  So I wont go into detail of the story,  but it would be great homework for the African mind.  So sisters in your mind picture yourself as the African Queen Auset,  your eyes are closed and you see your husband Ausar laying on a slab.  I  don’t want to sound morbid so picture him asleep,  but in the mythology he is deceased.  Sisters if you are single,  just manufacture from darkness like the Goddess NU and PRODUCE a Man like she did with Atum.  Picture your man with ALL the attributes that you want and like in a man,  and make him your Ausar.  So now the Ritual,  your eyes are closed,  you have your image of your King that YOU MUST resurrect.  Deep breathing from the STOMACH,  not the chest.  Slow and deliberate,  the same time it takes you to INHALE,  take that amount of time to EXHALE. [Balance and Maat}

The tools I use to get deep into my meditation,  the first 5 minutes I visualize myself in either an elevator that is going down and the further it goes down the deeper I get into the meditation.  Or I visualize myself laying on top of the ocean and I slowly sink to the ocean floor,  the closer I get to the ocean floor,  the deeper into the meditation I get.  Once I am at the bottom floor of the elevator or ocean,  I begin the ritual.  This is just an example,  but sisters use whatever motif you like to get you deeper into the meditation.  Now this whole time you are still concentrating on your breathing and the scent of the incense calms you even more.  Now your King is formless,  the evil one has cut him up into pieces and scattered him throughout the planet and you as his Queen must retrieve ALL his body parts and REMEMBER your King.  So as you are meditating you are Astral Traveling also,  your ESSENCE is land scaping the planet and the universe looking for the missing parts of your husband.  Now take your time to locate all his missing members because this will lengthen out your meditation time.

Your breathing is still consistent and you are breathing thru your stomach and not your chest.  You finally find ALL your husbands body parts and you start the process of REMEMBERING your King back to life.  We will finish the meditation ritual in part two and put the whole thing together.
